On 20 December 2013, at Debonairs Wild Coat Sun, I bought pizzas for value of R254, offers my debit card, after I entered my pin, paid and left, I discovered on the card slip, that the cashier entered R2540 instead of R254. I went back, demanded a refund, or credit. They promised to credit my account. One week later and dozens of phone calls from me, they don't respond. I phone, email, sms, and whatsup even the area manager, Jamie Chetty, but I have had not ONE call or respond from them untill now. One week later.!!!
It is POOR and pathetic, WHAT IF thIS HAPPENS TO SOMEBODY THAT CAN'T AFFORD SUCH "MISTAKE" and that just before Chrismas.
