01-02-2013 21:03 - We arived at Panarotti's Kolonnade, the waiter that helped us at firts (Shanin) was very helpful and then we had another waitress helping us the entire night name Topsy, she was very rude, and didn't take the orders properly, while still talking and then she walks away, after we order the starters and finished with it, the table was dirty for about another 30 minutes, not cleaning ashtrays etc. We did complain at one of the Managers and he said he will sort it out, but the service just went from bad to worse. I am very dissapointed in this!
