Steers staff member confirmed at 10:15 that the store will open at 10:30 so I decided to wait seeing that 15 minutes in not a long time. I then went back at 10:35 only to find the store still closed and a table and chair blocking the entrance. When I tried to get the attention of the staff member, I was completely ignored. I was then forced to use an alternate fast food restaurant. When I was leaving the shopping complex which was around 10:50, Steers was still not open for business.
