Recently visited Windhoek over the festive period and went to KFC Independence Avenue (Windhoek CBD), the service is pathetic, gave me the wrong order on all 3 visits, chips were rock hard, and when complaining and asking for the manager, the manager refused to speak to me just sent the cashier back saying '"the manager says he wont come see me either"
is this the king of service and quality the KFC brand now offers? And considering its another country shouldn't the brand give "visitors excellent service" to market their country?
