Got medium chips instead of large, okay nobodys's perfect and noticed before we left. Drove all the way home and found 2 pieces of chicken in my meal instead of 3, so drove all the way back, told the lady my problem, while waiting she was packing another order and proceeded to ask me if she should open and check the burger box that she had in her hand, and that customers wouldn't like that, what?? She should have rather said sorry (which I didn't hear once) and re-done the order. That type of attitude isn't appreciated when I had to get in my car and drive back there, they take the slip from you @ the last window. So some advice - 1. check the order (like other outlets do) and 2. Apologize when the order is wrong and the person has driven back there while his wife eats and 3. Don't act like you are doing such a favour by serving people, cos if it weren't for the customers you wouldn't even have jobs. And might I add, I've seen many people leaving that outlet angry. So I think they have a service problem to address.
