I went to the drive through yesterday at approx 18:30 - as we had a late night of work ahead of us, and wanted to grab something to eat at the office. In hindsight, it was not worth the trouble. From the point of taking the order, the lady at the window, did not put the order into a computer, she rather tried to remember the order, before shouting it to her colleague at the next window. She got the order wrong, 4 times, eventually I drove up to the next window, and gave the order through to the lady at the Cashier desk - who also promptly got the order wrong. Onto the next window - the gentleman working here, was a superstar, he had not been informed that the streetwise 2 was with no chicken wings, and he promptly rectified it. What he also didn't know was that the burger was supposed to be a tower rounder and not the colonel burger. At this stage I was so fed up I just left it.
By the time i got back to the office, and we started eating, we discovered that the mini loaves were stale. The Gravy was rancid, and the lettuce and tomato on the burger were disgusting. What a total waste of time and money. Train your staff, sort out your quality control, its disgusting!! Never Again!
