A few very bad incidents at kfc, area manager phoned 2x in past year to query some of them but then never gets back to me with a resolution, whats the point of phoning me to find out what happened, promise to investigate and promise to come back to me on both occasions throughout this year and im still waiting on 2 incidents investigations resolutions - nothing, is it merely to say that you did phone me? What did that help if you dont ever phone me back with a resolution as promise twice this year>> not impressed at all.
