Please go back to my previous complaint I am in Dbn now so I thought of pooping in to see Tracey as I still have not received my voucher. The owner has a bad attitude looking me up and down and waving her hand when I am talking to her in a descent manner. Please fwd my voucher to your steers edwin swales and I will collect it there before the 1st Jan 2014 I am absolutely disgusted in the wat customers get treated nevermind 2 months waiting for a voucher. Please sort out this branch before I take them to the media.
