The spur was half way full with clients enough waiters to serve a full spur, however once again disappointing service. We order a Hunters Dry and n cappuccino, waited 30 min in the smoking section and still did not receive our order; I had to fetch an ashtray myself as we asked a waiter passing by for one as he also did not pitch.

After the 30 min mark a Manager walked through the smoking section and I called him to ask why we are waiting so long for only two drinks? He told me "sir this is not how it works I will personally attend to your order and bring the drinks, another 15, min later still no drinks so we stood up and left, when we got to the door he was just hanging around so when was he going to "personally attend" to our order???

We then left and went to a Spur with superb service, Denver Spur in the Jacaranda Centre, now that's a Spur Burning Arrow could learn a lot from. They were halfway full as well with ONLY THREE waiters and still I got my drinks within 10 min.

What is the point of having A Branch on a main route but you can't run it properly? We wasted almost an hour of our time at Burning Arrow for what?
