I called Nandos Parktown Engen because I wanted to order a meal which I was going to pick up as I have done before. I asked the lady to substitute my drink for another drink of my choice and indicated that I am aware that there is a price difference and i am willing to pay. She then responded that it cant be done. I the asked her to enquire since I had done this successfully before. She made me hold and I hear the entire conversation where she was telling her colleague that shes not in the mood and she wont do it and if he says it can be he must do it. I then spoke to a gentleman by the name of Humphrey who said he will be able to assist however at that point I had been on the phone for about 15 minutes trying to negotiate to place an order. I then thanked Humphrey and advised him that I would not be using their services as I am very disgruntled and disappointed at the service I have received.
