I am disgusted with the treatment that I received from Nandos today in Parktown, I order regular basis but the service that we got today was pathetic. I placed an order at 11.30 am today which is the 28/06/2013 and then I called back 5 minutes later to add onto my order and the lady advised the order had left so I had to place a separate order which now it is 12.45 and I am still waiting for the first order as they sent the driver twice with second order.
And when I called to find out what had gone wrong she had put me on hold first and gave me attitude and never let speak to her manager, I really feel this unacceptable as we are regular clients and would like this matter to be looked to as I don't feel like ordering again with them.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated
