At the op Gear festival I had Vida loyalty card.This morning I had tried to log onto the website using my card and it had not been correctly registered. I had sent an email to Vida and within minutes received a response email from Nick. The professionalism of his email was professional. Within 4hours I had received a phone call from a lovely lady called Keshika in the Durban office informing me it would be resolved within 12-24 hours.

Tops up VIda on service. If this is resolved efficiently as your response team I'm your biggest fan. 2 thumbs up to Nick & Keshika

Vida e cafe, Caltex, Penlyn (285 Belgravia road).
I arrived at 22:00 at this branch. I came in with a scarf wrapped around my face as a mask. Upon getting to the counter, the lady serving me started yelling and giving me attitude with regards to wearing a scarf around my face instead of a mask. I tried to reason with her and calm her down but instead she reacted unethically. When questioning why she allowed other customers to have their masks hanging around their necks not covering their faces whilst placing their orders, she refused to help me and started to speak to her colleague ,ignoring me completely. I tried to reason with the lady, but instead she turned her back to me and put on her blender in attempt to further ignore me to disregard of what I was saying.
I asked her for her name, which she refused to give me, and when asking for the manager who I thought would help resolve the situation, he ended up treating me with the same hostility.
They both refused to give me their names and told me if I have a problem, I should come back the following day as they had no interest in serving me.
