At the op Gear festival I had Vida loyalty card. This morning I had tried to log onto the website using my card and it had not been correctly registered. I had sent an email to Vida and within minutes received a response email from Nick. The professionalism of his email was professional. Within 4hours I had received a phone call from a lovely lady called Keshika in the Durban office informing me it would be resolved within 12-24 hours.
