On 27 November 2013 I sent KFC's Customer Services an email regarding the bone my 4 year old son choked in, which was found in the KFC Pops. I attached a photo of the slip and bone found. On 28 November 2013 I received an automated reply. On 1 December 2013 a Customer Representative, Lavine Williams contacted me via email requesting my telephone number to attend to the matter urgently. On 1 December 2013 I forwarded my contact number to Lavine Wiliams. To date I have not received any phone call or any further email correspondence. Today, 18 December 2013 I informed Lavine Williams that I will report my complaint on HelloPeter.
