Food Poisoning / Expired Food

I am writing to address an unfortunate incident that occurred because of the food served at your restaurant on December 16, 2013. At 12.30 p.m., my work colleague and I ordered takeaway Rooties at your establishment. We both ordered the Lamb Rootie, Mince Samosas and a couple of cokes. While delicious, the evening s meal had other, unfortunate, effects. Several hours after the meal, my work colleague and I both fell severely ill. I have always enjoyed your restaurant, but the severity of the food poisoning caused me and work colleague terrible suffering and a high medical bill. I would like to hear what you are doing to address the issue of contaminants. Thank you. Sincerely
