We are regular customers of Spur Southgate and had the worste experience ever yesterday. We waited almost an hour for our food, we received cold food, the requested crispy onion rings was not crispy, the manager had a terrible attitude because we asked for the onion rings to be made crispy. We understood that it was busy and I think that waiting an hour for food is more than being patient. The attitude of the Manager was uncalled for and even though he apologised for the service failure there was no sincerity in the apology. I was totally disgusted with the service and attitude as we regularly eat at that Spur, perhaps we always smile with the Manager he thought it was okay to treat us the way he did. I would normally not post any complaints but I can not let this go.
