At 15-00 on Monday 16 December 2013, we arrived for a meal with my family of 6. I placed an order and was told it will be ready in 20 minutes. It arrived more than 30 minutes late, with no cutlery and no glasses. It's now 16-30 and my cutlery has not yet arrived. I must say, this is the worst ever experience I've had with a Nando's franchise, and I strongly suggest a change in attitude.
