Poor service and food poisoning for dessert!

My girlfriend and I went for lunch at the drive through of KFC Winklespruit. We were made to wait around 30 mins to get served even though there were only 4 cars ahead of us. The employee outside (Mtho) was completely disinterested in his job, and even gave us a dirty look when I offered my card as payment, as he now had to walk about 5 metres to fetch the card machine. The service portals for payment and collecting the food were very grubby, and below standard. We said nothing and decided we would just leave the whole story when we both got food poisoning and were extremely ill for about 4 days. I then complained on KFC web site, and got a call eventually from a person who did not identify himself, and he half heartedly apologised saying the mike at the store was broken, causing the long wait, he was not even aware of the food poisoning we had. I then got a call a week or so later from the headoffice to see if I was satisfied, which I was not. All they had to say was ok then, good bye?? Really? I will never eat your rubbish food again KFC, and your service and attitudes are dismal to put it politely.
