We went to the Silver Spur for our daughter's 8th birthday, shortly before leaving she screamed in agony and we saw she hurt her foot. We immediately took her to the ER where 3 hours later she had torn ligaments and had to get a moon boot as well as crutches. This happened on the Trampoline in the Spur. I contacted the Manager (Andrew) after that and they had still joked about my daughter crying when we left, saying another child not wanting to leave... really... I felt it was only fitting that the Spur offer to pay the medical expenses we had to dish out seeing as the accident happened in their establishment, on their watch, in a play area dozens of kids use on a daily basis. R4000 later and more than a month of agony for my daughter, do you think the Spur "came to the party"?
I've complained about the food, but at the end of the day, my daughter Andrew, is who you should have been conserned about, not the free meal you offered me.
Neither myself or my friends/family will ever come there again..
Family Restaurant? Sure, as long as your child doesn't get hurt.
