One absolutely cannot sit inside this establishment because the noise is so disturbing due to waiters/barista staff costantly in argument with one another.
Then, on a quiet Sunday morning we sit outside in the hope of escaping this annoying and disturbing noise.
Big mistake - the waiters was joking and fooling around with one another to the extent where i, at times could'nt hear my wife speak. When addressing them about their behavior, they immediately develop an attitude towards the customer.
Also, the waiter serving us cannot even pour a cup of coffee without messing it up!!!
I think that, Judging by the amount of complaints regarding this establishment, the time has arrived for Famous Brands to act.
Also, Mugg&Bean please do not respond to this with the usual excuse, BUT GO OVER TO ACTION!!!
