We order from Ocean Basket through Mr. Delivery. 4 world famous feesh and chips for R47 each (R188 in total) and 2 butternut and spinach side orders for R16 each (R32) the total ended up to be R220.02 on the receipt and we paid R261.00 including delivery. After opening the order we saw that we only received fish and the 2 butternut and spinach side order and NO chips (that was paid for)!!! We phoned them and then they had the audacity to blame it on us and said that we should actually pay in as the side orders that was receives was not paid for but according to the receipt and the amount we paid the driver we paid for everything and we DID not received what we paid for. Mr. Delivery is a very bad service provider as we always have a problem when ordering from them and I would not advise anyone to make use of them!!
