I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered breakfast at Mcdonalds Promenade on 04 Dec 2013
The lady (Siphokazi I think here name was) was delightful and cheerful
A glimmer of hope in the service industry. Most places staff are dull and dreary I asked her why she was wearing a purple shirt as she was working on the register and she replied that she was the manager
I was shocked to see her with an interest in almost every order that was placed and making sure everything was just rite as well as seeing to my order speedily
Hopefully this gets to her boss, as she is something to hiold onto and nuture in your business
