Last night we had the worst service from the staff at promenade mitchells plain branch -- they got our order wrong -- they don't know what a 2 cheese burger meal is ..And they work for McDonalds -- we asked for a slip - we were told me don't need one because its on the computer!! Also i asked for toys for my kids... I thought it was added to our bill cause the lady said they can choose at the next counter when we collect -- the lady at the counter said .. SORRY but you can't choose toys cause its not on your slip - if i had gotten my slip i would've corrected the order! I won't ever going back .. Will rather drive out of MP if i want McDonalds!!!
