2 hours to deliver pizza!!! horrible!!

I ordered a pizza from st elmos and called them a whopping 2 hours later to ask where my pizza was- the response i got? "mam our driver got held up at the previous customer's house". What are we selling here? pizza??? Here i was thinking one just pays and gets their order. I was appalled by the service! 1st and last time calling for a st elmos delivery!!!
