IF you KNOW your store is in a busy are and has lots of people in it on ANY given day WHY is the service so bad? i went (stupidly) to the kfc in claremont cape town and had to wait for decades - why are there no line seperators- no u cannot be blamed for peoples incompetencies at not being able to stand in a line but DAM!! so after 20 mins evern though i was 3rd in line i get to the front and order 4 piece wings - great no not actually! i was told the cashier has no change... WELL THEN ASK THE LADY NEXT TO YOU!!! He did (bless his sole but her till wasnt open) so asked the other lady Gracious who childishly told him YOU DONT EVEER WANNA GIVE ME CHANGE SO NO AND CLOSED HER TIL... is she serious!!! the man is trying to do his job better then you get people like that who are jus spiteful and! i called the manager and again gracious was being childish not wanting to give the man change - as i wait (30mins later) yes for 4 wings... this ENTIRE shop needs a manager that will rip them into shape... ther generally just dont give a hoot... DISGUSTED!!!
