On 5 March 2013 at 15:12 I have order 2 chicken strips and rice from Nandos in Meyersdal - order no: 18. One Lemon and Herb and one Mild. When the order came they gave me 2 mild's. I immediately said that this was wrong and asked for them to make a new one but Lemon and Herb flavour. It was not even 1 minute when she returned with my "new" order. I specifically asked her if they made new ones and she said yes and went back to the kitchen staff member to confirmed. i again asked if they only took out the Mild chicken strips and replaced it with the lemon and herb but she said no. I was in a hurry and had to leave. But when I got home and me and my husband started eating I realised that they did what I expected - they only changed the chicken. My mouth was on fire - I am not one who can eat hot food and my supper was spoiled. All the sauce from the mild one was soaked into the rice. This is really unacceptable. I am suffer from a ulcer and this bad experience is worsening it for me now.
