I ordered a Lemon and herb wrap from Nandos, I proceeded to joke around with the cashier about my previous bad experience when they had made me a Mild wrap and I could not eat it as its far to hot for my liking. I waited for my meal and I received it, went back to my office to find it was mild. I phoned Nandos in Westwood and spoke to the Manager and he proclaimed I had ordered Mild, he acted as if he was doing me a favor. I proceeded to wait at work for another 55mins before they delivered the correct stuff. No apologies were made and I feel my money is better spent elseware
