Ordered Takeaway breakfast at 11:56 this morning from a waiter who didn't show any enthusiasm to take my order, and I waited and waited till 12:30 for it. The waiter who was helping me kept going to the kitchen and lying saying the order is ready. When I made a complaint with the black male manager he tells me I shud never order a takeaway on a weekend, really? Is this ur guys policy? If so why do u not tell ur customers before hand? I'm VERY upset coz I often buy breakfast take away during the week there now suddenly on a weekend when business is booming u cudnt be bothered by my money? Is this how a loyal customer should be treated???
