We visited Panarottis Shelly Beach on Monday, 25 November 2013. I was totally irritated by the bad attitude and rudeness of the waiter called Zane Scott. He has no concept of service delivery. He was rude in front of other patrons at the resturant towards us and I will not accept that behaviour. Instead of trying to pacify and apologize to us, he continued to argue and said, "he will stand his ground". When we complained to the manager on duty, he walked past us a few times giving his outbursts. I left my contact details and was told that the manageress would call me, to date I've heard nothing.
We frequent many of the resturants in the area, never once have we been treated so. I have told many of my friends and colleagues of my terrible experience at Panarottis Shelly Beach.
