We went for supper at the Nandos in Springfield with 10 adults and 3 kids and The manager Vincent chose to refund us our money (close to R600) and cancel our order because he refused to allow us to be seated in a place of our choice in a store which had just one other eat in customer, stating that the particular area was closed. And this is almost two and a half hours before the store was due to close.
He had even given me the customer service number to call and place a report.
Never have I come across such blatant rudeness by a store manager in my life. I could have understood if the store was busy but this was not the case. Will never want to go there again.
