Kudo's to the branches in PTA that do good and have great service. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the PTA West branch. Today I was ambushed by a uniformed staff member claiming to be the 'order taker' who botched my order. Included in said order were two 'Chicky' meals. I paid for drinks that I didn't receive. The attitude I received when I asked that my SW2 could have specific pieces was horrendous! I was laughed at and told that they can't do that (which is odd considering ALL the others can), then I ended up with a wing and a bare rib-cage, and my nine piece bucket was also just wings!! Never again!! Definitely the WORST service I have EVER experienced at ANY eatery.
