I visted kfc halt road yester day and order a family piece 6 piece. As a regular customer of kfc I know they have 5 pieces of chicken drumstick. wing, thigh, breast and centre breast. so in the 6 piece they give me 1 of each piece I then asked the lady if I could have the sixth piece as another breast.
she says 'NO" I have to give you two wings that's packing procedure.
WHAT HAPPEN TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT??? IM PAYING FOR MY FOOD!!! I ONLY HAD 1 LITTLE REQUEST THAT SHE COULDNT DO FOR ME. if it was n1 city's KFC they'd do it with a smile.
I then decided to upgrade to an 8 piece for R20.00 more and she could still not do it for me, cause now packing procedure says two thighs.
SERVICE AT THAT SPECIFIC KFC, THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE THING THEY OWN THE PLACE.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO SMILE, NO THANK YOU. D- I- S -G- U -S- T -I -N- G!!
KFC please keep your apology letter as that is what you are going to send me now for posting this complaint, instead train you staff at this branch in customer service.
