Below is na email i sent KFC, on the 14/11/2013, an automated acknowledgement was sent to me but no call or feedback, have been given to me by the company. Good day
I bought a meal in KFC Woodmead on the 12th/11/2013. From card number. The meal was horrible. The most pathetic of it was the meat, firstly it was burned, the skin crust was hard and most of all the chicken bones were brown in colour as if the meat had been in the freezer for a long time.
Secondly the bread was the worst bread, I have ever eaten from your company.
The bread was hard, stale and bread crumps were falling all over the place.
I kept the bread plastic cover, and it has product date 07/11/20133 and best before 13/11/2013, so when I bought it, it was one day before expiry date.
What appals me is that how could you sell a bread that is 6 days old and expect the very same, soft taste?
I? m sure most factors go into play like where the bread is kept and everything else but all I know is the state and taste of the bread needs to be maintained when a customer consumes your product.
I love KFC and the most reason I personally buy it is for the distinct taste and the wonderful meat. I cannot
