Me and my husband went to Eastgate on saturday and he bought clothes for himself and i also purchased a few things then we bought groceries at checkers then we decided to sit at spur and we waited for more than 25 minutes to be sitted then they told us our trolleys needs to be outside and we keep an eye on it from the inside.our food amongst all the people that were sitted at the same time with us our food came first and from a different waitress and she kept asking us who ordered what so that we focus on the food just after she left the table and i look at the trolley it was gone.as i ran outside no manager no waitress bothered to check with us. My husband also ran to the other direction. I spoke to a security guard who was too slow in taking the details and the control room was also not helpful as the guard was just telling me that they will call me i must just go home. When i went back to spur the manager just said can i keep your food warm and thats it no one was interested.all we had to do was go home after speaking to the control room again which feels Spur people are involved. and there's no camera around the spur section.
