On 25th january i visited my favourite store to purchase food, there was one till open and i called the manageress to ask her to open more tills as the line was now reaching outside the shop. she just brushed me of saying ' ai suga' as if i dont know zulu and when she turned to walk away said go somewhere else if u dont like it. i will never go to another kfc for this reason and although i work in retail, i would never treat another person that way. i was so humiliated because people just laughed at me, seems she doesnt know the importance of customers.
