Does Mugg & Bean train their staff to be useless?

I don't know if its just me but it seems like every Mugg & Bean i go to i experience very slow service.

I have experienced this at OR thambo, King Shaka, Kolonade, Clearwater & a few others i can't think of right now.

By the time food arrives it is usually cold and to get a waiters attention (even though there's lots of them usually standing around) takes a lot of time by itself!
Even if its ordering something simple like just a beer it takes a while to arrive. The sad part is I've experienced this when the place is quite empty and there is more than enough staff on the floor to assist!

The branch I experience most problems with is defiantly OR Thambo and i've nearly missed a flight before after ordering a TOASTED SANDWICH an HOUR before a flight!

C'mon guys, You make such nice food. How about some service to match it?
