Poor service from manage

I used a chip and pin credit card of which the manger forced me to sign as it was their policy that all customers sign slips due to. I showed Rowena the manager that the slip does not require a
signature. She said she does care what card I'm using. She referred to my card as just being a silver card as she has a gold card.clearlly she does know the difference between silver and platinum. I have ben a loyal customer for years but clearly I'm not needed.
