I'm Loyal to Wimpy. An arrogant waiter took our order. He was very impatient and in a hurry to get it over with. He didn't deliver the order but sent another obnoxious young women, rude and arrogant. It looks like he wasn't even listening to our order, because I specifically said no ice in the cokes. Also we ordered water and tea. The woman then took the wrong message to him to report that I said that I didn't order tea!!! I never spoke about the tea - this drove the male waiter into a frenzy and instead of asking us politely whether what she said was true, he angrily erupted into a shouting match abusing me in front of other patrons. I'm a public figure and it embarrased me that he screamed at me, a woman in front of my guests! He obviously has no mother because he doesn't know how to treat older women with dignity and respect. Another woman waiter, huge and obnoxious, started gossiping about us to the other waiters and they all laughed at us. This women abused and mocked me when I asked her why she was pointing to us. I was polite and patient - please look at your cameras to see what happened. The manageress apologised but didn't even reprimand her untrained, rude staff!
