Firstly I just want to point out that I am NOT a difficult customer, but I believe, no matter what, as a customer I deserve to be treated with respect.
Here's the story...
I walk in to the KFC Springs 2, in Second Ave in Springs, the person assisting me in taking my order is Yvonne, I order my Feta and Avo Twister, it's R49, 90, I pull out my card, put in my pin and her manager tells her there are no Twisters... she presses on the card machine to probably try cancel the transaction, I don't know...
She checks, and it appears that there are Twisters, so she proceeds, swipes my card again and assures me that she "voided" the initial transaction.
But guess what, my phone goes off twice notifying me that I made 2 purchases of R49.90. I make Yvonne aware of this, the Gugulethu overhears me and shouts that I should bring my bank statement to prove that the transaction took place twice instead of once. The way Guhulethu spoke to me was not appropriate, she was shouting and trying to make it look like I was taking chances, the manager, Vusi stood there and said nothing.
I am not happy about this at all, as a customer, please assist with this
