My Story,
No one at any of the fitting rooms, Security just looks at me when I ask where to fit.
First I go to the jewelry pay point where two VERY LAZY workers are sitting down, I ask them can I pay here and one answers "No, the till is closed - go somewhere else", I go to another pay point with only one cashier. It just happened to be that another customer was having a problem with buying an item.
Finally a person arrives walking to the counter with the pace of a turtle. He swipes my card, Declines immediately and hands it back to me, I say "no, try again", swipes again and again declines immediately. Hands the card back to me and says "there's probably no money", I nearly lost it. He then reads the Error report and notices "EFT machine offline". Takes another machine and does the transaction, whilst communicating he removes my card and it declines but the money is out of my account. finally they reverse the transaction. I ask to see a manager - "No, he is not here" - Pathetic!
I walk across the store to Truworths Man and buy the same line of item in under 10 minutes!
I will never buy from this place again, absolutely pathetic service and the LAZIEST staff ever!
