I was at Papachinos Midrand for lunch, then I also made a booking for my daughter's birthday party which was going to take place the following week. Then I called on the day just to double check, Kobus (the manager) picked up and he was so rude. He told me he cant find my booking and when I told him the name of the person who was serving us he said he does not have that person there, then he just hung up on me. I called again asking him why he hung up he said he does not have time for people who do not know what they want..
