I ordered a double stacker chicken with cream cheese and a sub. Firstly the pizza did not have cream cheese it was like two bases stuck to make a thick base. The toppings were less, chicken and mushroom was order and yet I received a tikka chicken pizza. I called the customer care line and complained a few days later due to a busy lifestyle. The manager then said a free pizza will be given for the incorrect order. Today I went to collect the pizza, I was given a small one instead of the large that was previously ordered. The acting manager said that "you just complained to get a free pizza" and continued to argue. This is ridiculous and I'm shocked at this digusting behaviour and product quality. Customer service is very important and for the staff to be so disrespectful is not acceptable. I do not need a free pizza and the reason for the complaint was so that they can improve the product quality not to be a victim of slander.
