I went through to the Milky lane in the Total Garage in Northwold Randburg (next to the SPAR) Total last night and I was greeted with the worst service I have ever had in my life. The person responsible for this was EDITH!!! i ordered a cup of ice cream with chocolate and caramel sauce and a flake. She proceeded to full the cup up to the point that all the sauce overflowed. When i told her that im not going to take a cup dripping with chocolate sauce into my car, she handed me serviettes telling me to wipe it and that it would eventually harden!!! I told her that im not going to take that, and that she should mae me a new cup. SHE THEN PULLED OUT A POLYSTYRENE CUP AND BEGAN TO SPOON THE CHOCOLATE SAUCE INTO THAT TELLING ME THAT I CAN TAKE IT AWAY IN TWO CONTAINERS. When i insisted on another cup she rudely told me there isnt any more flake to do so!!!
I am extremely upset as I have been a long time supporter and patron of Milky Lane, and Im still shocked at how someone that incompetent and rude is employed to deal with people. VERY DISSAPOINTING- Prakash
