My husband and I stopped at the McDonald's in Retail Crossing on our way home to Magaliesburg. We ordered a share box at the Drive Thru because we were in a hurry to meet people at home. We asked for a beef share box, with Coke and Cream soda (1 big and 1 small each). We also asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces and an extra Jalepeno sauce for the chips. - We always order it like that and know that we pay extra for the extra sauce.
When we got to the pick-up window we asked whether they put al the sauces in. The lady's response was yes. So I opened the box and checked - only to find out there is only one sweet and sour sauce in. When I told the lady at the window that we asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces and a Jalepeno sauce, she was irritated and responded that we have to pay more if we want an extra sauce and that 10 nuggets only comes with 2 sauces. I told her we know the extra sauce is charged and we didn't mind paying for it - THAT is why we specifically asked for an extra sauce. We paid the extra sauce and drove off.
Just as we got on the road I checked the cold drinks, to see it was all Cokes and no Cream Sodas.
As we were already behind schedule, we didn't return.
