My friend and I went to Nandos@The Glen on Sunday at 15h. Firstly the waitress swiped my card for 30c more than she was supposed to, since it's just 30c I told her it's fine no worries. As per normal we asked the waitress for All Gold tomato sauce sachets since we don't like the tomato sauce in their bottles. She brought us 2 sachets. I asked for more, one sachet isn't enough. She said no, they count the sachets. Then we requested to see the manager. She came and refused to give us more sachets, although every other Nandos always give us at least 6.She said it's All Gold in the bottle and I can eat as much as I want. I felt like she was treating me like a 5 year old, since we both know that it is not All Gold in the bottle. I told her that it's not All Gold and that I'm not stupid, she is being petty. She just looked at me with a smug expression. I told her one sachet is just 8grams! She looked@me like she wanted to laugh@me. She just stood there making me feel like an. I told her leave it, I'm not getting anywhere with her. I felt like she wanted to dictate to me how to eat my food and I felt like she treated me like a school child. I left the 30c I was overcharged, but they cant give me more sauce
