On Saturday 9/11/13 my sister and I went out as it was her birthday, we thought we would try a new place as news cafe was packed. The waiter that served us was polite and helpful.
we obviously ordered drinks and after being the for a while it happened that I needed to go to the ladies room and was told to go to the public one which is 100m away. I asked why a restaurant selling alcohol doesn't have toilet I was then referred to the manger called Shyleen van Straaten who instead of being polite told me it has nothing to do with her but I must address it with Emperors as they are only renting .what annoys me that its only logic for a restaurant to have a toilet if you going ton sell alcohol as people need urinate when they drink. The manner in which I was answered was inappropriate for some called a manger. She could have at least tried to be polite instead of telling us to go to one of the restaurants where they have indoor toilets. She further told me that I was the only customer that has complained so my complain Is not valid. I swear that it felt like I asked her to build me a toilet that night
I really enjoyed their meal but the service we got from Shyleen was disgusting
