I took the time to take a walk to century city steers for the new promo double burger and when i got to work and wanted to have my meal the burgers were still raw and im not abit happy with that service as this meant i spent 30min of my lunch getting this meal and when getting to my desk i was unable to have the meal coz it was not properly cooked NOW i have NO lunch and im working till 20:00 tonight.
i expect to be compensated as this meal cost me R47.00 and i walked about 2.5km to get this meal from a trusted brand (unfortuantly not the case, surely wont make that MISTAKE EVER)
i ecpect someone in a Manageral position to respond to thjis complaint within 48hours.
