On Friday 6th September my parents went to Steers on the Bluff for take aways. They ordered 4 Steers Rib Combo, two kiddies meals and R100 Ribs and Chips. Upon arrival at home we found the burgers had only the bun and pattie and a drop of sauce with one thick slice of tomatoe, the kiddies burgers just had the bun and pattie. We called the manager and told her this, we went to Steers to return the burgers and get a refund. We had to pay R32 for the toys that came with the kiddies meal as the kids already opened them. The manager was rude and in front of us another guy had complained as well, he got a refund and a free meal and we just got our refund. My father had taken the ribs for lunch, they looked appetising but when he tried to eat them the Saturday at work, they were hard and unedible. We phoned the manager again and laid a complaint, we were then told to return to the restuarant on Monday 9th September where we would get a free meal and our money back for the ribs. This however did not happen. Only 1 free combo was given and no refund for the ribs. This is not the first time I've had a problem with Steers on the Bluff. No other Steers has given me this much grief.
