Black Chicken

This is the second time that I am experiencing problems at KFC Celtis Ridge Pretoria.
The 1st time i found a finger nail in my food. I complaint to the owner and received a replacement. This Sunday I purchased a street wise 2 amongst other things and to my horrow the drumstick and skin on the end was BLACK in colour. We have taken pictures of this and have kept the bone in the refrigerator as evidence. I was so sick and my entire family was put off from completing their meal.
We buy KFC almost twice a week and this is definitely not the type of food that I expect.

I have complaint on the KFC website and requested a senior manager from KFC to call me to no avail.
I have also emailed them a picture of the food???
