On the 12th November 2013 I went to purchase some KFC. While standing in the Drive-Thru I was convinced by the adverts that the Streetwise 5 would be my choice. I ordered it and paid for it with my credit card and then got the food which I took home. To my surprise when I got home the quality of the chicken was absolutely terrible, it was swimming in oil and the pieces were black. I took pictures as proof of the quality and sent it through to the Customer care Centre on the 13th November 2013 and as of today the 21st November 2013 I am still waiting for a response. This type of food boils down to false advertising and I feel action should be taken against the branch concerned and also KFC should have the decency to at least answer Customer Complaints.
