Poor Service Secunda Cappuccinos

My wife and I visited the local Cappuccinos today. The service was totally terrifying. We ordered our food and drinks at approximately 13 : 40

We received the drinks promptly, and this is where it ended.

We enquired about our food when we saw that patrons that entered after us was served before us (4 people at a table). We waited a while longer and was then informed that the kitchen messed up the orders. Acceptable? Maybe if another 3 tables was not served before us.

I called the manager, Simon, who replied that the rolls for the burger had run out. This was told to me @ 14:20.

I paid for my drinks and left.

This complaint is not written in order to obtain any free meals nor a voucher of any kind. All that I expect is that as a paying customer I will be treated as you would expect being treated when visiting a restaurant like Cappuccinos

Unfortunately word of mouth is the best advertising for any company, and it will take a lot from me to ever visit Cappuccinos in Secunda again
